Aw yeah, you guys, I just bought like four CDs from the Concert Choir table! (Okay, five, but one of them isn't for me; one is a very very very belated B-day present for a friend.)

 I learned a new vocabulary word today!  (Well, yesterday, but today I found out what the meaning is.)

The word is "sceop."  I found it in a poetic edda of awesomeness, and was utterly perplexed as to its meaning.  I've read a few tales in my time, some of them fairly out-of-date, and I'm not the best student ever so I don't always look up the words ( Read more... )
